One Pork Roast
Ray Ray's BBQ All-Purpose Seasoning
Ray Ray's BBQ Sauce
Rub roast in some Ray Ray's All-Purpose Seasoning. Then place the pork roast in the crockpot on low with about an inch of vegetable broth and a little extra seasoning.
Let cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Open it up and get ready to shred! Please note that some rendered liquid from the pork may need to be removed from the crockpot. After draining excess fluid, shred it up! Using two forks or tongs works just fine!
Add two (depending on the size of your roast) bottles of Ray Ray's BBQ Sauce.
Then heat your tortilla on both sides, adding the pulled pork, Pico, lots of cheese, and whatever you like on your quesadilla!
Fold in half, cook on both sides until done! Best pulled pork quesadillas ever!!! ❤️ ❤️
