2 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Crushed Crackers (Round)
2 Eggs Beaten
1 C. Chopped Onion
1/2 C. Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Ray Ray's BBQ All-Purpose Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 C. Ray Ray's BBQ sauce
Bring to boil in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix all ingredients and shape/pat into a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and slice loaf.
Pour heated Ray Ray's BBQ Sauce over the top of the sliced loaf and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
