3 lb Ground Beef 1 tsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Chili Seasoning 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ tbsp. Smokey Chipotle Paprika
1 cup V8® Vegetable Juice
3 tsp. Cumin ½-¾ Cup Ray Ray’s BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 - 14oz Cans Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 tsp. Ray Ray’s All-Purpose Seasoning 1-28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp. Salt
1 - 4 oz Can Green Chilies
½ tsp. Pepper
2 - Cans Kidney Beans (Drained)
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1 - Can Chili Beans
1 Chopped Onion
1 Small Green Pepper Chopped
1 Small Red Pepper Chopped
Brown meat with onions and peppers. Drain off fat. Add all seasonings to meat and stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and then turn to simmer with lid partially on.
Simmer till it has nice consistency. We like to cook with a lower boil for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Taste and adjust to your liking.
